🍸 Classic Negroni welcome cocktail ✨ Amuse-Bouche: Mussels in white wine butter sauce

Five Courses: 

I. Scallops with pistou, olive oil & lemon

II. Italian Summer Salad

 III. Slow roasted lamb ragu with fresh pappardelle 

IV. Red wine braised short rib with creamy parmesan polenta 

V. Chef's dessert finale
